At Georgetown Rejuvenation, each appointment time is thoughtfully reserved for every guest. We require advance notice for any changes. Please take a moment to read over our policies.

Appointment Scheduling Policy:

• To schedule an appointment, a valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

Cancellation/No Show and Rescheduling Policy:

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellation and/or rescheduling made outside this window will be considered a no-show and result in a cancellation fee amounting to100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
• Clients with prepaid packages: one treatment will be deducted from package.
• Repeated no-show and late cancellations will require payment before service can be scheduled.

Late Arrival Policy:

Depending on length of service late arrivals will be treated as followed:

1. Shortened service, however full amount of service will be charged.
2. Rescheduling of appointment and full amount of service being charged. (Clients with prepaid package will loose one session)
