The policies at Georgetown Rejuvenation are listed below. These include the cancellation policy, arrivals policy, payments, and gift certificate policy.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the quality and special time that you deserve. If you are more then 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. If you are a first time spa client we will ask you to fill out a client card.
Treatments are reserved specifically for your needs based on availability. We prepare the rooms and products to be used for each service according to the scheduled appointments for that day. In order to best accommodate your request we appreciate a 24 hour notification for any changes or cancellations for individual services, 48 hours notification for multiple services and 72 hours for spa parties.
Gift certificates are only redeemable at Georgetown Rejuvenation for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate, and by the expiration date indicated. If a specified service is no longer available by the time the gift certificate is redeemed, the original gift certificate dollar value can be applied towards another service. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
